Senior Developer & Team Leader
European CMS Migration
Directed the visual content migration and frontend development for Toyota's European portals across 41 countries. Acting as Team Leader and Senior Developer at GFI-Informatique (now Inetum), led a 20-person nearshore team and developed component schemas and reusable templates in SDL Tridion CMS, ensuring brand uniformity and performance.
One brand, 41 country portals, one legacy CMS to leave behind
Toyota Motor Europe needed its regional web presence — 41 separate country portals — migrated off an aging SDL Tridion setup and onto a new CMS version, without breaking brand consistency or regional editorial workflows along the way. As Team Leader and Senior Developer at GFI-Informatique (now Inetum), I supervised the migration squad and built the component schemas and templates the whole rollout depended on.
Supervised and mentored content editors and developers through the migration across all 41 national portals.
Designed modular component schemas and templates in SDL Tridion to simplify editorial work at scale.
Enforced CSS and brand styling guidelines for one unified customer experience across every region.
