As a Senior Consultant at Capgemini, I led a team of 4 UX/UI designers responsible for the complete redesign of a large-scale internal application serving both desktop and web platforms. I oversaw the full design lifecycle — from user research and information architecture through to high-fidelity prototyping and developer handoff.
